• Prices are in US dollars and shown before shipping and any applicable tax, which are added at checkout.
• An order is confirmed when payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email.
• We can decline or cancel an order — for example if a set sells out or we cannot verify the payment. If we do, you are refunded in full.
• Prices and availability can change without notice, but never after you have paid.

Card payments are handled by Stripeon Stripe's own systems. Your card details never touch this website and we never see or store them.

Our sets are 100% raw and double drawn. Raw hair is a natural product, so texture, density and colour vary slightly from bundle to bundle — that variation is the point, not a fault.

Length is measured straight, from the crown. Curl pattern shortens how it wears, which is why the length guide exists and why we treat it as a guide rather than a promise. How it falls depends on your height and hairline.

Installs, colouring and consultations are quoted in the consultation, not sold at a fixed price online. A quote is valid for the work discussed; if the work changes, so does the quote, and we tell you before doing it.
