Every set is checked against the Raw Hair Seal before it is packed, so we would rather be a day slower than send something that does not pass.

Processing

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start on the next business day.

Sets marked coloured to order are lifted or toned in the studio before they ship, so they take longer. We confirm the timing with you directly before any colour work begins.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and want a set, message us and we will arrange it individually.

Cost and tracking

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the address you enter.
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves us.
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is theirs rather than ours.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will open a claim with the carrier and sort it out with you. Photographs of the packaging help.
