Lace Factory was built on a simple idea: a hair company should be judged by what comes off the head after six months, not by what looks good in a thirty-second video.

So we made one promise and held everything else to it. That promise is the Raw Hair Seal — every set we sell is 100% raw and double drawn, it does not shed, it does not tangle, and it takes colour to 613. If a set does not pass it, we do not sell it.

Around that promise we built a studio. Installs done with the patience of a portrait sitting. Colour applied by people who care whether it is still holding in December. Consultations long enough to actually find you the right hair, not just the next sale.

Most of this industry ships boxes. We would rather know your name, your texture and what happened the last time somebody talked you into the wrong unit.
