What we hold,
and why.

• When you order: your name, email, phone, and billing and delivery addresses — collected by Stripe at checkout and passed to us so we can send the parcel.
• When you use the contact or booking form: your name, email, and whatever you write in the message.
• Your basket is kept in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device until you check out.

We do not collect card numbers. We never see them — Stripe handles payment on its own systems.

• Stripe — payment processing, under their own privacy policy.
• Our email provider — to deliver form submissions and order emails to the studio.
• Our hosting provider — which keeps standard server logs.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for any warranty question. Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — unless we are required to keep an order record. Contact us through the contact page.
